Dear Customer, in Mexico Hotelera Antiguo Casino SA de CV (hereinafter “Nine 25 Hotel”), whose offices are located at Av. Jardín de la Unión No. 7, Col. Centro Guanajuato, Guanajuato México., we respect your privacy and therefore we are committed to protecting and keeping confidential the information obtained from your company; as well as the natural persons related to your Company.

We refer to all the information of natural persons related to your Company and/or Person (hereinafter "Personal Data"), which for any reason is in the possession of Nueve 25 Hotel.

Regarding the above, we inform you that the information that Nueve 25 Hotel needs, and that comes mostly from your Company and/or Person, is oriented to the provision of the service(s) object of Nueve 25 Hotel, as well as to provide you with better service and to be in compliance with the laws and policies that govern the functions and activities of Nueve 25 Hotel.

By virtue of the foregoing, Nueve 25 Hotel may share Personal Data with the other subsidiary, affiliated and/or related entities of Nueve 25 Hotel, service providers that Nueve 25 Hotel has contracted and/or third parties who, in the opinion of Nine 25 Hotel is necessary for the performance of business activities.

The parties mentioned in the previous paragraph will only receive the Personal Data that is required to carry out their activities and may only use the Personal Data to offer services on behalf of Hotel Boutique 1850 and to comply with any applicable legal requirement.

In addition to the aforementioned cases, Nueve 25 Hotel may disclose Personal Data: I) if required by any law or legal process, II) before the competent authorities or government authorities, upon request and/or III) when we consider that disclosure thereof is necessary or appropriate to avoid physical harm or economic loss.

Due to the privacy practices of Nueve 25 Hotel, as well as to what is established in the current applicable laws, the databases of Nueve 25 Hotel are duly protected and safeguarded to avoid losses, incorrect uses or unauthorized access, publications, modifications or destruction of Personal Data provided to us; ensuring at all times the protection of Personal Data, avoiding damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or treatment.

Your Company must be responsible for sending this Notice to the natural persons related to it.

Nine 25 Hotel assumes that:

• Your Company complies with the obligations established in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties through internal policies;

• That the Personal Data provided by your Company I Person are pertinent, clear, correct and updated for the purposes for which they were collected and;

• That your Company is empowered to provide to Nueve 25 Hotel.

The natural persons related to your Company may at any time:

Access the Personal Data held by Nueve 25 Hotel.

• Rectify them when they are inaccurate or incomplete, inadequate or excessive, as long as it is not impossible or requires disproportionate efforts.

• Oppose the processing of Personal Data for legitimate reasons, and

• Cancel them, except when it could cause damage to the rights or legitimate interests of third parties or in the cases provided for by applicable legislation.

The natural persons of your Company must provide the following information to submit the corresponding application:

1. Name, address and any other means to contact you.

2. The documents that prove your identity or that of the legal representative.

3. Description of the Personal Data with respect to which you wish to exercise any right.

4. In the case of rectification requests, it must be indicated what information of the Personal Data you wish to correct, modify and/or update.
